The Principle
OCC's charges are infrastructure, billed per unit and paid regardless of outcome. Only CAM takes principal, and it sits in a separate vehicle with a capital partner. Nothing OCC charges is contingent on a redress result, which is what keeps OCC infrastructure rather than a claims firm.

Exposure Radar
Subscription
What it is
The intelligence layer applied to the funder's own book. Continuous monitoring of every funded firm, with a failure window for each.
How it is charged
A one off build and onboarding fee to map the portfolio, then a recurring licence scaled to portfolio size, (Free if volume exceeds 10,000 passports) banded by the number of funded firms watched or total book under monitoring.

Extract, Assess, Revalue
Per Unit Infrastructure
What it is
The white label platform applied to a crystallised book. Passports assess every claim, Products revalue every claim.
How it is charged
A one off white label platform fee of £4,995 per firm for infrastructure and installation, then £8.99 per client for a Passport that lasts for life and £3.99 per Product, minimum 5,000. Paid as consumed, in advance.

Fees are paid regardless of claim outcome. The living book multiplies the volume: twelve Products per client across a year, from a single acquisition.

CAM
Claims Asset Management
Acquisition
What it is
Claims Asset Management acquires the secured book outright and holds it to realisation. The only step that takes principal.
How it is charged
A discount to net realisable value, where ESP and EPR from step two set the assessed ceiling. CAM and its capital partner fund the purchase, and the discount moves with book quality.

Realisation
The only step carrying outcome risk. Ring fenced in a separate vehicle alongside the capital partner.

How the steps connect
The platform identifier surfaces what is failing. The platform turns it into an assessed and revalued asset. CAM acquires only what those steps have already valued.
